DialUp WebPage Notice

As of 2005, many North American ISPs have begun attempting to compete to bring lower prices in basic services. This lead to record breaking deals in which the possibility to attain a connection with 160kbps upload droped to around $20 a month. Some ISPs give out premiums of having the first three months at a lower price. Installation of Services tends to be free.

In the fall of 2005, ISPs began unveiling their next generation connections in different cities in the United States offering rates between 10000/1000 and 30000/3000. California even offered in different regions a connection sold on metered bandwith at a 10000/10000 rate.

The point behind this is to let you know that dialup is becoming a thing of the past. Dialup is not even useful in viewing webpages anymore as Images and other downloads into a page take forever to load on Dialup. Even College campuses have networks of broadband and T-1 connections.

Europe and Asia have made many strides and Sweden is the Worlds #1 IT nation currently, while Japan and China have one of the largest global bandwith connections in existence. Dialup is fading away and dialup ISPs still charge $21.95 a month while some cheap ones exist for $10 a month that force you to work for them by installing spyware and adware into your computers...

If you are a gamer...this means that you are serious...Specially if you want to download files and have fun playing a game. A Old Woman on Cable can beat a top 10 player who is on dialup...

If the data obtained from the Hardware Survey Form proves to me that a need for a dialup page is needed, I will join the main page by creating a seperate page for DialUp users....
